Deleting projects and photos

Deleting a project from your dashboard permanently removes its photos from storage and its generated content from our database. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account

Email privacy@realtykit.app from your account email requesting deletion. Within 30 days we will delete your projects, photos, generated content, and style profiles, and delete or anonymize your account record. Billing records required for tax and accounting purposes are retained as required by law.

Subscriptions

Cancel any active subscription before requesting deletion, or note the cancellation request in your email and we will process both.
