RealtyKit is operated by BrainSurge, LLC ("we"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and optional brokerage name.
• Listing content: property photos, property details, style profiles, and the content generated for you.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never store your card number.
• Usage data: generation counts used for plan limits and abuse prevention.

How photos and content are handled

Photos are stored in private storage accessible only to your account, served through short-lived signed URLs. To generate content, your photos and details are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, or a provider you configure) for processing; providers are used under terms that do not permit training on your data.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not post anything on your behalf.
• We do not load analytics or marketing cookies without your consent (see the Cookie Policy).

Data deletion

Deleting a project removes its photos and generated content. Account deletion removes or anonymizes your personal data — see Data Deletion.
